Health Plan Administrators, LLC is a TPA (Third Party Administrator) headquartered in Youngstown, OH. Our managing principals have a long, successful tradition in the industry. The software system that is utilized is an internet based claims system and is a state of the art claims adjudication system.

Over the years HPA has developed a number of revolutionary products that will benefit both small and large employer groups. The various products will benefit both employers that are currently partially self-funded and those that would like to become partially self-funded. There are a number of unique things about HPA. We can provide a potential client with either a partially self-funded or a fully insured quote.

We have a number of individuals within our organization that are qualified to sell Life, Health and Accident insurance. These individuals have been selling insurance products for a combined total of over 50 years.

We provide timely and accurate claims administration along with a full range of related support functions and consulting services. The tailored claims administration includes Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Flex, HRA, HSA and Stop Loss.
